Blast and paint steel plate pipes.

We carry out blasting, underwater painting, and thickness inspection for the maintenance of large-diameter piping, providing perfect protection!

After blasting a massive pipe weighing 2 tons and measuring 5 meters in length, we will perform underwater painting. A minimum film thickness of 300μm is required for the underwater painting. If the film thickness becomes too thick, there is a risk of peeling, so we will also pay attention to the upper limit of the maximum film thickness while painting. If the set values for the upper and lower limits are too close, the work becomes difficult. To meet these conditions, we repeated inspections and corrective painting multiple times. Ultimately, we achieved a perfect finish within the range of 300μm to 600μm.
